Equine Motel:

Twelve stalls are open-sided pipe (12'x12') with sand base and partitions between stalls.  Three additional stalls have rubber mats.  Shavings are required for stalls.  Equine Motel is covered and there is water, lights and electricity.  Stalls are $25/night (night users have first preference).  If space is available, they may be rented for day use for $10.  Riders must bring all equipment: Feed, buckets, hay, etc.  Because the K Bar M is owner-maintained, riders are expected to clean stalls--to their original condition-- and put soiled hay and manure, separately, into designated areas.  No stallions without prior arrangement with management.  There is a based easement entrance into K Bar M which leads directly into the Equine Motel area.  This entrance will only accommodate rigs that are 40' in length or shorter (trailer and towing vehicle combined).  Please ask for these directions. 

RV hookups are available for $15/night. (Please bring extension cord if using RV hookup).
